Both Squad360 and its clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. Neither party shall disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law. This clause shall survive the termination of any engagement between Squad360 and the client.
Squad360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or any services provided. While we endeavor to deliver professional outcomes, no warranties are given that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations entirely. Clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables and notifying us of any concerns within the specified feedback period.

Clients may terminate an agreement with reasonable notice and subject to cancellation terms defined in the scope of work.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Users agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.
